No! It's the old one. The new one is no longer bilingual (and significantly
longer, which means you're getting a lot more content, even if you do have
to wonder what the German might say).

Sometimes it's just a difference of convention in different sources, but in
this case I don't think HALOT was ever applied to the earlier edition.
