Dear Leong,
We may transliterate it KiD:BaReKa. The singular noun DaBaR (=Word)
with the prefix preposition K: (=according to) and the 2nd person singular
pronominal suffix -eKa (=thy word). The vowel seghol is in pause with silluq
so it takes the accent.
