The "Torat Hayyim" is mainly based on the Breuer edition of the Tora,
which is basically Leningrad with some editing and additions where the
Aleppo Codex has information to offer.
Torat Hayyim does not have the massoretic notes that "Keter" has. Torat
Hayim uses a clean text of targum Onkelos and annotated, square-script
clean texts of several commentaries. Quite useful.
