And you will want Jouon-Muraoka for reference. (Both Mansoor and Kelley,
suggested by others, have misleading oversimplications in them.)
BHS will be fine. Though you can get lots of interesting editions here.
Check out Torat Hayyim, and ha-Keter, two new rabbinic bibles, also
inexpensive Aleppo-based editions like that of Breuer can be recommended.
