The only reference I can find is Leviticus 21:20, "or hath his stones
broken" (KJV) 'oW M:RoWaC 'F$eK (MT).
'e$eK is not the usual word for stone; is it the usual word for testicles?
It seems that it is the KJV that uses "stones" as a euphemism. All the
other English versions use the T word.

That seems to be the only use of )e$eK there is. I find no other.
