We're using Greenspahn here at McMaster. It is excellent and expensive.
It costs about twice as much as the grammar I learned with (Alger Johns,
also good), is about twice as big, and about twice as good for self-study.
Rosenthal is next to useless for self-study (I tried), but you'll need it
eventually for reference.
