The angels, as servants and messengers of God are representative of his power
and
might and control, as well as God's status as creator and ruler of the
universe. That
is the context often found where the name elohim is used. Yahweh is more
indicative of
a peronal relationship between Yahweh and another person. That is why you
find that
when Yahweh has a personal message for someone , it is delivered by the
"angel of
Yahweh."
