Here's the accentual parses of the verses; when these are interpreted
prosodically, and the last number on each line is compared with chart
(3.111) on p. 405 of my dissertation, it can be seen that Deuteronomy
1:42 is most striking, followed by 1 Chronicles 21:8. Isaiah 1:20 and
25:1 are actually boringly normal and expected, from the
accentual/prosodic point of view...
