Join us as UNC Student Body President Matt Tepper speaks with SBP hopefuls
Lily West and Matt Calabria before the second run-off election on Tuesday,
March 2. Student Attorney General John Slain will also join Tepper to
discuss the referendum on Tuesday's ballot regarding the judicial branch
of student government.
RECENT NORTH CAROLINA RALLIES on Indymedia News, Sunday 6-7 p.m.
This week's show will feature a story on the National Socialist Movement
Rally that took place in Raleigh last Saturday and was met with protestors
from UNC's Black Student Movement and Campus Y. Later, hosts will discuss
a second rally which occurred that day and was organized by the Farm Labor
Organizing Committee in Goldsboro in support of immigrant rights. The
final segment will feature Rania Masri of the Institute for Southern
Studies who will discuss war profiteering and its impact on the upcoming
presidential election.
