EL-P, "Fantastic Damage" on the Inside Track, Wednesday 9 p.m.
"Fantastic Damage" is the first solo release from pioneering producer and
MC EL-P, a.k.a. El Producto. El-P, formerly of Company Flow, founded the
Def Jux label on which this album is released. 16 tracks of heavy,
boundary-pushing apocalyptic hip hop.

LAST OF THE JUANITAS, "Time's Up" on the Inside Track, Friday 9 p.m.
Portland's instrumental math-rock-meets-metal three-piece plays music
that's sludgy, jarring, and melodic all at the same time. This, their
third release, is on Wantage records.

KITTY WELLS, "Kitty's Choice" on the Classic Inside Track, Sunday 2-3 p.m.
This week on the CIT we salute the Queen of Country Music, Ms. Kitty
Wells. Wells' unique blend of country, honky tonk and gospel music
opened the door for a host of female country vocalists including Tammy
Wynette and Loreta Lynn. In 1974, after some 30 years in the business,
Wells was inducted into the Country Hall of Fame. On her 1960
album "Kitty's Choice," Wells sings some of her favorite country
classics including Hank Williams' "Your Cheatin' Heart" and the McGuire
Sisters' "Sugartime."

A discussion of timely topics with TODD on Northern Hemisphere
Live, Sunday 5-7 pm.
This Sunday NHL's Todd Morman will host an open show with topics to
include: cool online music sites, why Bush and Cheney should resign,
whether male pro sports like baseball can handle an openly gay athlete and
more.

FRED WEINBERG, "The Weinberg Method of Non-Synthetic Electronic Rock" on
the Inside Track, Monday 9 p.m.
Fred Weinberg's 1970 masterpiece forms a cornerstone of electronic music
in the U.S. Weird, spacy pling-plong lounge action from the early days of
synthesizer experimentation. Reissued on QDK Media/Normal records.
