Right now generating a queue takes a long time and all users are staring at
is a
blinking cursor and waiting for it to be done. Having some sort of progress
bar
would show the user how much longer (approximately) sorcery has to take
building
the queue. I think a side affect will be that the process will seem faster to
the user, since they have something to watch going past the screen.

To go the other direction why don't we get rid of all output to the user then
the time it takes to do anything will be faster compared to what we have now.

It's a good thing to output information to the user and it does make this
process slower, but providing an indication to the user that something is
happening and that the something happening is about half way done out weights
the time cost of adding a progress bar to the code.

There are only a few places in sorcery where users get to stare at a cursor
blinking wondering what's going on `sorcery -q` and `scribe reindex` are two
of
them (and the only two I can think of right now).
