ViM will actually read /usr/share/vim/vimrc if there is no other vimrc file
(with no other rc files, starting vim causes it to go into nocompatible mode
and
do file backups, etc.). So I'm actually not wanting to use it, but on a
default
install of the vim spell, this file exists with the "default" options, and vim
will load them unless a custom vimrc is created. This is bad behavior IMO.
Either this file should be tracked as a conf file so it can be modified, or a
more sane default vimrc which can override it should be installed as per the
spell.
