Hi, all!

A few days ago i tried to create a spell for minimalistic WM
written in Haskell called xmonad. Unfortunately xmonad has some
dependencies (Haskell libs). Fortunately HackageDB[0] exists where i
can get information about every Haskell package. So i decided to write
quill module to facilitate creation of Haskell spells and almost
finished it. Now my question is: when i will be ready to commit new
spells, may i create a new section named haskell-devel? At the beginning
it will contain only 4-5 spells but as time goes i think the number of
spells will grow.
