I don't see them as very different things. We need docs, and we need a
website that support our docs. What I'd like to see is a group start doing
docs and then -- after they have them -- identify what they need from a
site. Then we can do an eval. I don't want to waste^Wspend a lot of time
on an eval when we don't really know what we need til we have some success
producing content.
