Hello all,
As it has now been a week since I asked for nominations for the
Web/Tome Team Lead, I will now close that out. ;)
Our current nominees are:
Jason Flatt (Oadae)
[Odin] (hasn't sent in an acceptance e-mail...)
Since it has been a while from the last time we've actually gotten to
a vote I feel I should go over the rules[0] again. ;)
1. All active developers[1] will reply to the Project Lead directly
with their vote, but not to any mailing list (a note to a mailing list
specifying that you did vote, but not who you voted for, is allowed).
a. To vote a developer must be an official developer[1]
before the vote he/she wishes to vote in was initiated (including
nominations; if you missed the nominations you cannot vote for any
candidate on this vote).
b. Any developer who does not vote in two (2) consecutive
votes will have their developer status removed (wiki, SCM account,
etc.).
c. Votes require a response in the vein of: aye, nay, ordered
list of who you want (for run-off voting if more than one candidate is
available), or abstain.
I seem to recall there being a requirement of votes being GPG signed,
but I cannot find it at the moment. ;/ So for now I will /strongly/
prefer GPG signed votes. ;)
2. At the end of one (1) week the Project Lead will tally the votes
and announce the new Lead to sm-announce and sm-discuss. The only way
to win is for a candidate to receive fifty percent plus one (50%+1) of
the votes of /all/ active developers[1], whether they voted or not (so
if only forty-nine percent (49%) of our developers vote, no one could
possibly win, and if fifty percent (50%) (plus one more than fifty
percent (50%)) of our developers vote, all would have to vote for the
same candidate for him/her to win).

Keep in mind I have been busy lately and haven't done my duty of
keeping this page up-to-date. ;/ I'll try and work on that before I go
on vacation, but no promises.
