How trustworthy are Rupp Seeds ? They offer some bean seeds I would like to grow but their catalogue feels like a GMO large agribusiness organization. Organic seeds may be out of the question here.??

I like them and have ordered a number of seeds from them over the years. Their varieties and prices are excellent; prices not equalled anywhere else.
They made their own RainBow Chard seed which was affordable, not so elsewhere. Nothing special about RC other than the colors which appeal to some customers
so for that reason it is popular. They carry a really good chard, Silverado, also priced affordably.. They may offer many GMO seeds but I do not know about this for sure.
I buy from them for certain varieties and excellent prices.
One thing for sure is that we need to migrate our seed preferences to open pollinated varieties for the future.
We have to stay in business and make money too so may need to buy hybrids from time to time.
Silverado chard is a variety I would find difficult to do without. Its all about what you like to eat and what your customers want.
