VERY well said Elise...!

I am reminded of my partner, who in constrution, took verbal
liberties with employees who were usually family members.

I said one day, "You don't do this with customers, you want
their bu$iness. You dion't dio this with your wife. She wouldn't
tolerate it. And, you want something from her, also. you
SHOULD be able to let your hair down amongst us, but,
doing this with your friends too regularly can be counterproductive."

It's indeed, a difficult medium for most of us.
We often forget to use emoticons, eh ;>} ands disdain for a
product or process sounds directed at a fellow list seed keeper.

We ALL know, we don't *really* mean to do THAT!

So...

Allee, alleee In Free!
LOL!

So, SMILE! ... when you say that!!! LOL!

... who has to make a list of the few seeds he has to share...
How soon is that list, needed?
Where ought it be posted, so folks can know to ask for them?

>Agreed, it seems that folks on this list are fairly quick to take
offense. Please remember that the written word sans body language,
facial expression and vocal inflection is very easy to misinterpret.

>Perhaps it would be best to assume that the author of the offensive
message did not intend to be offensive, at least until he/she makes it
very clear that he/she did indeed mean it that way.

>Everyone here is presumably here because we all value the genetic
diversity with which we have been gifted. That in itself should be
enough to inspire us to communicate--particularly about things that
will have a profound effecton our way of life, and thus, to cooperate.

>These conversations should be a call to constructive action.
