The negative side:
I'd wager a guess that it is a scheme concocted by the obvious players to
steal all those genetic
resources, one nothing short of a criminal act. Wait until the little people
no longer have the money, power
or control of their own government's resources then rip their plant genetic heritage right out from under them, with the help of the usual sycophants, surrogates and corrupt government and corporate officials and corrupt investment resources.
