Nice to see a picture of you, Georg.
Are you vegan, vegetarian/lacto-ovo-pesco or omnivore?
It would be of great benefit to assess the dietary preferences of your new
community
to help plan food production.
My take on diet is that fish, eggs and goat-sheep (I am allergic to cow)
dairy are probably all one needs
along with vegetables, fruit and nuts.
Will you have communal dining room(s) and kitchen? I would make elaborate
plans for food processing and storage
together with preparation because this, if done carefully, could greatly
extend the number of people fed per acre of production, including plant and
livestock sources. Maximum health and energy from superior nutrition
through maximum digestion. Things like this come to mind: food combining
for maximum digestion and for extra protein, prebiotics and probiotics,
kraut and kim chee, kombucha, kefir, yoghurt, bakery products for the wheat
or gluten allergic and non allergic, A SPROUT FARM (trays and jars) and
soil on trays to grow sunflower sprouts and buckwheat lettuce, seed cheese
and rejuvelac, insect secure grain, bean and seed storage, a seed bank for
the gardens, a seed saving program and much more. This for starters.
