Kitchen Permaculture
How to use permaculture design to create ecological, economical, resilient,
and socially just household food systems.

That's a very big subject. What to eat, where to get it, how to grow it, how to process and store it and in what and where, kitchen equipment, grain mills, fermented foods incubators, blenders, food processors, juicers, hand crank grain mills, juicers, food grinders, soy products,
miso. tamari, natto, tofu, tempeh, kim chee and kraut making, refigeration, pressure cooking, cooking appliances, wood-fired, gas or electric, brick ovens, root cellars, solar and electric food dehydrators, tray sprouting, container sprouting, sprout farms, container growing, greenhouse growing esp. attached, aquaponics and hydroponics; raw foods, vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, lacto-ovo-pesco vegetarian, meat cooking, processing, storage, the list is endless.

Commencing February 28, 2010 and running for 10 weeks thereafter, with a 2
week break at Easter.

The workshop will use a private listserv and a workshop resource CD. More
details, including the different ways to participate, a tuition schedule, and
an outline of the workshop, is online at http://tinyurl.com/y94pkvw .

This is a topic perfect for the new Permaculturist Health list at ibiblio. There's not much traffic but it could become a useful forum.

Permaculturist Health is a forum devoted to discussion of and information exchange on a wide range of health and nutrition issues faced by those involved in any way with the global permaculture movement.
