I didn't see your first post, so forgive the questions:
This is presumably ionic sodium in solution ... are we talking
about desalination? Depending on the chemistry of the water, the
techological fixes are ion exchange, precipitation and reverse osmosis
(this latter is very hard). Is the sodium caused by sea water
contamination or leaching from the local minerals? Do you also drink
from this well - are you in an arid area so that you have to 'mine'
irrigation water?
