Permaculture Course - Mexico - June 17 to 24
Permaculture is a design system for creating sustainable and socially responsible communities. Since originating in Australia over 20 years ago, it is now practiced in almost every country of the world. A mixture of modern scientific research, traditional harvesting systems and based in the principles of ecology, it is essentially simple, practical and can be rapidly applied to any problem or landscape. This course will be equally useful to people with their own small area, social activists, community promoters and development practitioners.
This course will be taught by Skye, an experienced teacher from Australia, now resident in Mexico. Skye is renowned internationally for his interactive, creative approach to education, and is co-author of the "Manual for Teaching Permaculture Creatively" which is used by teachers throughout the world.
The course is certified by the Instituto de Permacultura de Mexico, and will be held near Jiutepec, Morelos. The cost of $3000 (pesos) includes accommodation, all meals and the tuition.
Please contact Skye, at Tel. (DF) 5539 0716 or email skye@tortuga.com for more details. Or to reserve your place in this course, please deposit $500 in the Bancomer Account # 465-1004142-8 in the name of Skye, and email your details to the above address.
