Kirsten- great idea (s) !
Many of us seem to be involved with small gauge - perhaps plan to meet after that committee meeting? It usually is an any evening time frame, by my memory.

Hello, all –

I had a great time at Home Movie Day this year and would definitely be interested in hosting another HMD event outside the Triangle.  Winston-Salem has a strong film community, so perhaps we should start there?  But I’m open to other suggestions.

What do you all think about organizing a NCMIA gathering at AMIA this year?  I know many of us will be attending and it would be great to see you there! Maybe we could brainstorm a NCMIA panel for next year…

Best,

Kirston

We had a great time doing Home Movie Day. Below is our report of the event..

I'm wondering if we should do another one in another part of the state - like in Winston-Salem or Charlotte or something like that.

We Raleighites really like using the NC State Archives auditorium, so we'd probably still do HMD on the official day in October, but I feel like I'd like to help do another HMD elsewhere - maybe early or mid next year.

Just a thought...
