Some of the commercially packed ones are oats alone and some are combos of wheat, rye, oats, and barley. I've grown oats for my cats and they've been happy with it. Don't know what geese would think of it!

Can y'all tell me exactly what is cat grass? I know it grows very fast, but I am not sure if it is wheat, or what. I would like to get some organic seeds and grow this.
Can this also be grown for geese? Looking for something i can grow under lights , fast.
Thank you,
