Hi all,

We've had several of our frost free hydrants fail recently, some were only 3 yrs old. (the rubber plunger at the bottom separates).
Is this unusual? What kind of life-span have you seen?

I don't know whether amount of use affects this, or if so how our usage compares to yours -- we have very limited water availability and so have to use less of it.
