Beth... I have grown both Celebrity and Mt fresh side by side. Both are good main season tomatoes but Celebrity is the best in size and flavor. For early I like Mt Spring its 5 days earlier than Mt fresh with slightly larger fruit usually closer to 12 ounces... The plants are smaller  seldom grow more than 3 ft tall. On Florida weave I usually tied  them twice...with less foliage the fruits will scald in mid summer but fruit size and earliness make it worth the trouble. I prefer Sunbeam as my main season variety over Celebrity.... I also prefer main season varieties for late season fall harvests... Bob.

So, I am looking at Mountain Fresh and Polbig as my first, along with Orange Blossom (which I really liked last year). Then Celebrity as my later season and larger, maybe along with a second planting of MF or Polbig. I also have seeds of Marglobe Supreme and Oregon Spring to throw into the mix.
