about all greenhouse suppliers have wire but wire bench tops always end up sagging. I always hated them so I went to all wood and some of the oldest have lasted over 20 years and are still sturdy.

2, 8' 2 x 4s and 2 more cut to make 4 pcs 45inchpieces make a frame with 4 cross members. The top is 1 x 3 furring strips installed leaving 2 inch spaces.

The resulting 4 x 8 foot section can be moved by one person, I use 5 gallon buckets under the corners if I can get them, otherwise
8 x 8 x 16 concrete blocks standing on end.

If you want a metal product our friends at Bartlett do an excellent job.

Can someone remind me? I have to build a half-dozen greenhouse tables
shortly and I'm wondering what a good stiff inexpensive material is
for topping them. (Do greenhouse suppliers sell rolls of tabe top
material?)

Thanks
