Here in WY I get $3.00 for eggs and $5.00/lb on my heirloom tomatoes. My
regular tomatoes go for 1/2 that. There was an ad in the paper the other day
that offered farm fresh eggs for sale, delivered free within 20 miles for
$1.00/doz. Those folks must be spending a trust fund or really loving what
they do to be losing money on eggs and fuel.

WOW! For my heirlooms...which I am growing over 100 varieties this
year...granted, I really only have 15 hybrid and the rest are heirlooms...I
get $4 per quart at market. I have not sat down to figure out my price list
for this year...but everything I sell will be higher due to the wonderful
petrolium (SP?) prices. I get $1 per tomato..5/$4...it works out well and I
sell out every year.
