My Dad looked at ours last night - it's tall, green and gorgeous now - and
said "what are you going to do with all that stuff?" I answered that we
would eat most of it (my mother only uses garlic as garlic salt!) and sell
the rest. Last week at Farmers' Market, we sold a basket full of last
year's crop that we think is in excess of what we'll eat before new crop is
in - and it was a HOT item - but my family (and I am native) thinks it's
pretty weird - or that we are!
