Sal, the ones administering the law, prefer raw manure over compost. When
compost is mentioned in your application, it raises red flags. Why??
Because the compost must be made to certain specifications, as directed by
the law. Why raw manure?? Easy...it's the 90/120 day rule. No worry about
whether it got hot enough, or aerobic enough, or whatever.

Hand wringing & worrying won't resolve these issues. Grow your own, or get
it from someone you trust. The USDA took organics from us. We'll just pave
another grassroots path to the consumer......
