I've updated marketfarming.com & .net. In case you didn't realize, the list
faqs are on mf.net. The archived posts will be on .net & .com. There is a
reason for this. Our list is hosted by a public university...so the list is
technically non-profit. Don't need to have it associated with a .com, hence
the reason for .net.

I've only managed to get up a sample of how the posts will look when I'm
done with the archives. Here's the link to the recent thread on mushrooms.

Let me know what you think. All archived posts will look like this--I'm
calling it "enhanced" archiving. As you can see, it's an unfinished thread,
but I will be adding to it as we go along. Also, old posts relevant to the
topic will be added to the page as I work through the archives, so all
information that has crossed the mail server on a particular subject will be
on one page...whew...

On to marketfarming.com...

Eric Gibson, who is a list member (I met him at the conference--great guy!!)
graciously allowed me to post an excerpt from his book, Sell What You Sow!
It's a fantastic read!! Lots of great tips on developing the marketing side
of your farm.

Beth Hook, another member who seems to be having cyberconnection problems at
the moment, has an article up about CSA's and one coming this weekend on
syruping.

I've added some other new features & fleshed out a few more pages. Peruse
the site, and let me know if you find anything not working. I know it's
slow loading. The whole purpose behind the site is the very disadvantaged
reason I wanted it in the first place, so I (& others) can see
pictures--which--unfortunately, load slowly. Oh well, someday we'll all be
on a t-1...

((((((Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!!)))))))
