Thanks to you too Gene! My thinking is that I will just have to make up my
own mind. Gardening is such a personal thing, but I had hoped that there was
an easy answer. For sure there will be ,probably two ,fig trees planted in
containers this spring. I will keep everyone posted on what happens.

Jeanne, well, apparently I was fooled by the tree sizes to think they
were winter hardy. This is the answer I got:

I will let Don speak for himself, but, personally, I thought the fruit
had a good flavor.
