Moon, it specifically says "alien" emeny combatants. I cut and pasted that
on my earlier email. The legal fights are over whether 'alien' enemy
combatants , who are 'fighting us' on foreign soil should be covered under
'our' Constitution.

I know i'm on lists . I saw another black-suited man watching me at the
bank today. I made a crib note on his general description and placed in my
safe deposit box, while there. ;-)

Seriously, I've been in jail, twice (once overnight, once for a few hours).
So the gov't has my fingerprints and everything.

I have a friend , here in Phx, who has been in protests all of her life.
She went to D.C. and screamed at LBJ while her brother was a Marine in
Vietnam.

She has protested everything since. She is about 60 now and still does the
protest thing. She went to Seattle or wherever, a couple of years ago to
protest with all of those young kids some economic summit. I just always
thing about what Bob Dylan said about all of the proptesors , like my friend,
back in the late sixities (he said it was the silliest thing he had every
seen).

I'm completely on your side with wanting to protect the Constitution, when it
is actually being violated. Not being a lawyer, I still don't know how all
of that P*triot Act crap is Constitutional. It must, somehow, be ; but I
still detest it all.........bobford
