Do you put a lot of stock in all sythetic oil as
opposed to 1/4 sythetic?
I have debated that with myself and still have not come to any
conclusion.
I doubt the value except in very high performance engines. Seems to me that auto engineers should be the word on how to maintain the engines that they design and oversee the building of. The bearing materials and tolerances they use react to lubricants in a tested and known manner. Warranties and expectations of longevity are predicated on the use of non-synthetic oils. I am unaware of any warranty extensions given for use of synthetic oils.
