I hope that your septic pumping and inspection demand was in writing. If it was, then how were you assured that it was done? If the deal closed without all contract conditions being met, then either or both the seller and the seller's agent may well be culpable. Hire an attorney if necessary. Sounds like you will be performing a public service if you can inform the state real estate commissioner of a license violation or unethical practice.
