You have the perfect life and now you want to muck it up!
Look who's talking.
I understand.
Sometimes I am not sure I understand.

Actually, yes. threeand a half weeks ago I found out that I am a diabetic (type 2). After having been amused at the natural consequences of my own lifestyle choices, have set about the process of no longer being a diabetic. During the past three weeks, I have lost ten pounds, started a weight training program ('s been 14 years), and given up Mountain Dew... AAAAUUUGH. There, the primal scream therapy is working , too.
Seriously, however, I had no symptoms whatsoever, and my blood sugar had been
over 300 for at least the past three months. The only reason I found out in
the first place is because I donated blood, and they wouldn't take it.
Recommendation... If you haven't had sugar checked for a while (or ever),
get it done... today. I'm gald I found out the way I did, rather than
discovering it after major problems.
Am looking forward to being amused at the expression on my doctor's face when
my sugar is normal at my next check-up.
Ray

Actually, I am just pretty much constantly amused...
Um, Ray, golly, gee, uh, have you had your checkup this year? You are sounding far too normal. Be careful; have too much fun and "they" will pass a law against it.
