Thanks for the detail, that's very useful. I wish I had more lessons
that we could share with the group on rolling out. Maybe our IT folks
have more on that. It does seem that point persons that receive training
and have some dedicated LOE for KM issues is a best practice. As for
GROOVE, I've never heard of it, but it sounds promising.
One search question: as you know the search functionality of SharePoint
is not very good. My husband's company bought Google mini, which for 3
grand will crawl and catalog your docs (I think up to 10 thousand). He
said that it's made a big improvement in findability for them. Has
anyone else had any experience with Google mini for improving document
findability?
