Managing Disease on Tomato Plants
Thursday, June 22, 6:30-8:30pm
@CCE-Tompkins, 615 Willow Avenue, Ithaca

While there was no tomato blight last year due to the drought, it could be a bad year for it with this year’s increased rainfall and cooler temperatures. Learn to identify common diseases of tomato plants, such as early blight, septoria and late blight, and learn organic and integrated pest management techniques to keep your tomato plants healthy and productive. Disease-resistant varieties of tomato plants also will be discussed. Cost: $5-$10 self-determined sliding scale. Click here to register online, or call Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County at (607) 272-2292 to register by phone. Questions? Contact Chrys at cab69 AT cornell.edu.
