Who played the M-O-O-N guy in the TV miniseries? Rob Lowe? That big guy from Coach? Anybody know?

I'd like to think if I were in "The Stand" I'd get to be Stu Redman. But I
fear I'd end up playing Tom Cullen. Laws yes. M-O-O-N, that spells Kevin
Grealey.
