A different front page, but a page nonetheless, appears to load when you hit it via https, so at least you apparently have the option of choosing encryption for yourself. That doesn't help the 1000s of poor schmoes who don't know to try that -- but then they've undoubtedly already lost their account info to hackers via Phishing anyway, so . . .
