Hi Ivan,

after some consideration, I did it like you recommended.

If I have a page with both, text and pictures, I put the rdf:RDF part of the
licence for both into the code.

But it's not required to be on every page, just where the item that this licence applies either embddebed in the object or displayed in the page.

2) Going to the link provided in the licence, you can have it displayed on a lot of languages. It's up to you to choose what language you preefer to put the licence in.
