You're asking for free legal advice from a number of people who have told you several times already that software licensing is officially unsupported on this mailing list.

On top of that, the questions you demand answers to are about how to keep from sharing information with your neighbours. If you insist on not giving away your information for free, please stop asking us to give away ours.

I strongly suggest you find an experienced attorney who can answer your questions. Your local bar association should have a referral service; you can usually find them under "Bar Association" in the white pages.
