ShareAlike doesn't let you change the license.
All other CC acronyms are cumulative.
CC-BY plus CC-NC = CC-BY-NC

All licenses prevent anyone from putting LESS
restrictions on the work.

The point of sharealike is specifically so that
downstream folks cant put MORE restrictions
on the work.

All other licenses allow people to put MORE restrictions
on the work.
