[nafex] Fru Dagmar Hastrup (aka Frau Dagmar Hartopp) rosa rugosa

Richard, I'm wondering if planting location and available moisture is
a factor.  I have rosa rugosa planted in numerous locations and some
definitely size up better and are more productive than others..
