[nafex] Pine-nuts for the northeast; including P. pumilla

Hector,

Harvest the seeds, not the cones! If your cones open and no critters have
gotten the seeds, spread sheets below the tree and shake it - maybe with
some friends' help. The seeds should fall free from the cones. If you don't
get much, try again when the cones are more open and drier. Some cones may
fall, but usually get caught up in lower branches. Still, watch your head.

Steve - I'm glad you're looking for dwarf trees. I have both Korean nut
pines and Siberian pines but the cones are about 25 ft. up on the trees.
We've never figured a way to harvest them. Any suggestions out there?
