[NAFEX] Winemaking in Iowa?

We've made grape juice from a number of different grapes other than Concord.
We use the Finnish steam juicer so the canning is easy. Fern Munson is
good, so is Edelweiss (white). We also juice Baco Noir, but most of that
goes into wine making.
