[BL] Dialup

I posted a package for lucent modems at http://keesan.freeshell.org
I think it includes kernel 2.2.27 (or 2.2.26).  Also 2.2.16 and 2.4.31.
I find they are much more stable than ISA or older external modems, which 
kept hanging up on me.
