[b-hebrew] How expensive would it be to allow Members of b-hebrew to use Hebrew Unicodes in their messages here?

the mailing list is beyond the control of the members. We rely on
ibiblio.org. Many of us just use gmail (or some other free email that allows
unicode) to post to the list. No need to type funny HTML codes. Just type
Hebrew. Those who have a client that can view unicode have no problem with
reading the following:
וְאֵלֶּה תֹּלְדוֹת עֵשָׂו הוּא אֱדוֹם׃ 36:2 עֵשָׂו לָקַח אֶת־נָשָׁיו
מִבְּנוֹת כְּנָעַן אֶת־עָדָה בַּת־אֵילוֹן הַחִתִּי וְאֶת־אָהֳלִיבָמָה
בַּת־עֲנָה בַּת־צִבְעוֹן הַחִוִּי׃ 36:3 וְאֶת־בָּשְׂמַת בַּת־יִשְׁמָעֵאל
אֲחוֹת נְבָיוֹת׃ 36:4 וַתֵּלֶד עָדָה לְעֵשָׂו אֶת־אֱלִיפָז וּבָשְׂמַת
