[b-hebrew] I need definition of a Hebrew or Jewish word please...

The closest that I can think of is Re'im, which means "friends". The 
singular form is Rea'. All of the extra vowels in the spelling that you have 
seem to be an attempt to create the plural from a transliteration of the 
singular.
