[b-hebrew] Zonah v Qadeshah & Hosea

There was clearly a close association between the sexual activities of the zonah and the kadeshah, as Genesis 38 and Hosea 4:14 show.  Tamar did get pregnanant while pretending to be a kadeshah (the Adullamite would have thought so anyway).
